What can Telma do on a call?

Telma greets callers with your business name, answers common questions about your hours, services and prices, takes messages and, on the Growth plan and up, transfers urgent calls to you. You decide what it knows and when it should transfer.

How do I find out who called?

Telma emails you a summary after every call: who called, what they needed and how to follow up. Every call, summary and recording is also in your dashboard.

Will callers know they’re talking to an AI?

Yes. Every call starts with a short notice: “Hi there! You're speaking with an AI assistant, and this call may be recorded.” Then Telma greets the caller with your greeting.

Does Telma speak other languages?

Telma answers calls in English.

Where is Telma available?

Telma is available to businesses in the United States and Canada. Telma is not available to businesses located in the province of Quebec.

How much does Telma cost?

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account at any time and your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.

Can Telma handle emergency calls?

No. Telma is not an emergency service and cannot connect callers to 911. If someone has an emergency, they should hang up and dial 911.
